Cancellation Policy
✨ APPOINTMENT POLICIES ✨ PLEASE READ ALL POLICIES CAREFULLY. FAILURE TO READ THESE POLICIES DOES NOT EXEMPT YOU FROM FOLLOWING THEM. By booking an appointment with me, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to all policies below. These policies are in place to protect my time and provide the best experience for all clients. ⸻ PAYMENT & DEPOSITS • A valid card is required when booking. • You are NOT charged in advance for your service. • Your card information is stored solely to protect reserved appointment times and will only be charged in accordance with the cancellation and no-show policies below. • A non-refundable deposit is required within 25 minutes of booking to secure your appointment. Deposit Amounts • $25 deposit for all fills. • $50 deposit for all full sets. • Deposits may be sent through Cash App, Apple Pay, or Venmo. • Cash App tag: $JaritzaCaceres • Please include your full name when sending your deposit. • Once your deposit is sent, please send a screenshot for confirmation. • Your appointment is NOT approved until you receive a confirmation by text or email. • Deposits are non-refundable and will be applied toward your service total. • Remaining balances are due at the time of your appointment. ⸻ CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING POLICY • A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. • Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in a charge of 50% of the scheduled service. • No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. • If you need to reschedule, a new deposit is required to secure the new appointment. • Clients with repeated late cancellations, reschedules, or no-shows may be required to prepay future appointments in full or may lose future booking privileges. ⸻ LATE POLICY • Please arrive on time for your appointment. • A 10-minute grace period is provided. • Arriving more than 10 minutes late may result in your appointment being canceled and treated as a late cancellation. • Applicable cancellation fees will still apply. ⸻ LASH PREPARATION • Please arrive with clean lashes. • No mascara, eyeliner, strip lash glue, or makeup residue on the lashes. ⸻ NO EXTRA GUESTS • To maintain a relaxing environment and avoid interruptions, please come to your appointment alone unless prior approval has been given. ⸻ REFUND POLICY • Due to the time, products, and services provided, all sales are final. • No refunds will be issued. • If you experience any concerns with retention, please contact me within 48 hours of your appointment so that I may assess the issue and make any necessary adjustments. ⸻ THANK YOU 🤍 Thank you for choosing me as your lash artist!
